Ericsson, the Swedish Telecom giant, has been partnering with CONCHIUS on various people development solutions since 2005.  In a push to drive agile teams in the organization, Ericsson Shanghai, requested a specially designed program to improve the communication skills for their agile and scrum teams in the Research and Development center.

The 2 Day training program is called:  ‘Synergetic Team Communication’ and has been deployed for around 25 teams so far in the organization and will continue into 2011.  The outcome of the program is higher team productivity through efficient communication and self management skills of employees. This program delivers high on CONCHIUS promise of: ‘Creating leaders in every position’.  Participants learn what it means to take responsibility for their results and lead by example in their teams.

Enerpac is the recognized global leader in high-force tools and equipment used in industrial markets. Enerpac is a division of Actuant, Inc., a $1.6 billion diversified global manufacturing company, headquartered in Butler, Wisconsin, USA. As part of Enerpac’s already successful operations in China, providing solutions for projects such as Birds Nest in Beijing, Enerpac i now setting the bar higher for the future in China. To grow and develop sales leadership in the China Market, Enerpac has signed a leadership development program with CONCHIUS for their Chinese sales operations team.  The solution will be delivered in two phases.

Phase I includes 1) analyzing sales team performance environment and market needs, 2) performing an engagement survey and facilitation of action plans, as well as 3) Management Excellence training for their sales leaders.

Phase II includes various Soft Skills training for Sales team.

The project will be launched mid December and delivery will continue throughout 2011.
