Candidate requirements
* Fluent in English is required
* Mandarin language is strongly preferred
* Minimum 5 years of experience in conducting management training
* Course development and design experience is preferred

Sales Representative
We are a looking for a talented business developer to be our Sales Representative that can grow within our company. The person we are looking for should be Innovative, Energetic, Easy going and Quality minded professional!
* Identify new leads and act on them to create opportunities for the company
* Prepare proposals and contracts to interested prospects/clients and negotiate to close deals on behalf of CONCHIUS
* Keep updated on market needs and available competing solutions in the market
* Identify events such as networking events, fairs, conferences, that the company could benefit from
* Maintain and develop existing customer relationships
Candidate requirements
* Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or business development in the consulting industry
* College or university degree
* Genuine interest in people and personal development
* Good command of English (equivalent of CET 4 or higher)
* Knowledge of the training and assessment industry is preferred
* Proactive, energetic, professional, outspoken, positive and willing to work flexible hours when needed
