“With the members of the faculty from respected universities, such as Harvard, anyone who
doesn’t have this certification is not providing quality coaching to their client.”
-Dr. Greg Roper, PhD (Master Coach Graduate)

Campus Small Group Class Testimonial
“..Wow, this was great learning. Facilitator always kept the class fully engaged and on track. Obviously
he has outstanding knowledge of the subject matter but also his own background stories, client case
examples and expert role modelling add richness to the learning experience. This was 4 years
learning expertly packaged into a life changing 4 day journey.”
-Dr P. Wong (Life Balance)

Admission Process
Step: 1
Submission of below Pre-Registration Form:
Admission Requirements:
The Institute’s Graduate School is a private, international, accredited educational institution that offers places by invitation only. Courses are strictly limited to qualified, accomplished individuals invited to work with our Faculty via the small number of Course places available each year.
Step: 2
Telephone interview with Course Facilitator:
Note: 1) Due to the increasing large number of applicants competing for a very small number of course places (we typically receive several applications per available place) -applicants must now first complete the below Form to request a telephone interview. 2 a) As this is an invitational program and, b) because our graduates represent the Institute’s respected name in the global business community -interviews are personally conducted by Peter J. Karlsson (the Region Head) or the course’s facilitator. 3) Interviews are only granted to individuals who can meet the course payment schedule*. 4) At an appointed time you will be called to: a) confirm your suitability to join a course and your learning goals; b) explain how the professional development certification course works; c) answer any questions you have and,
d) subject to a mutually satisfactory outcome of the interview -we will then accept your application to be submitted to our Selection Panel.
Step: 3
Confirmation of Admission / Acceptance letter:
- Criteria of Selection:
The Institute’s Selection Panel meets each week to consider submitted applications. All selection results are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Institute’s office emails each applicant either a formal ‘Acceptance Letter’ or an offer to be wait-listed or considered for another future course date. A successful applicant is chosen not only on their: suitability for the course, relevant professional background/organizational experience etc, but also upon their ability to successfully apply with their ‘clients’ what is taught in the course. An applicant’s learning goals, professional profile and purpose for practicing coaching is also matched against that of the other selected course members.
*Note: In fairness to all pending qualified applicants, to secure one of the strictly limited course places, a successful applicant is required to remit full payment (via bank wire) for the course within 5 working days of receiving their Acceptance Letter/Email.
Please note: –All information received is strictly confidential and will not be viewed or shared with any third party.
-To take the first step, simply fill out the Pre-Course Registration Form and then submit (below page):
