CONCHIUS Launches New Research Project

CONCHIUS is currently launching a new research project – CONCHIUS CHINA EXPAT - aimed at better understanding the challenges of expatriation. The project will design a Harrison Assessments template that can be used to evaluate and develop a candidate’s suitability for expatriation as a middle manager to China. The template can be used in all phases of the expatriation: Recruitment and selection, preparation as well as development and coaching.
