Program Description

The Accountable Behaviour program create an understanding of how Assertiveness, Accountability and Team Accountability work in an International environment. Participants will practice the key components of Assertiveness and Accountability necessary for professional interaction in daily job situations. Accountable Behaviour is a program included in our Passport to International Excellence series - P.I.E
The P.I.E program series has 4 modules designed specifically for international companies operating in China and for local companies operating in the international market. The P.I.E program series provides sustainable and measurable improvements of employees as well as organizational performance.

Key results:

Companies use The Accountable Behaviour program to raise their employees skills of using expected behaviour required to succeed in an international company.

Participants will practice new skills and gain confidence to work in a professional International workplace.
Practice appropriate Assertiveness by;
- Practicing Assertive behaviours in different job situations
- Practicing removing wrong assumptions
- Using tools to clarify understanding in various situations
- Practicing asking appropriate questions, giving opinions, summarizing, etc.
Practicing behaviours at work resulting in;
- Taking personal accountability
- Understanding team accountability
- Assuming company accountability
Instil the correct professional attitude for work – being professional internationally; thinking as an owner and take responsibility for results.
Develop and commit to Personal Actions on how to become more Assertive, Accountable and Professional in current role.

Workshop Methodology
