Program Description
The Accountable Behaviour program create an understanding of how Assertiveness, Accountability and Team Accountability work in an International environment. Participants will practice the key components of Assertiveness and Accountability necessary for professional interaction in daily job situations. Accountable Behaviour is a program included in our Passport to International Excellence series - P.I.E
The P.I.E program series has 4 modules designed specifically for international companies operating in China and for local companies operating in the international market. The P.I.E program series provides sustainable and measurable improvements of employees as well as organizational performance.

- Participants will practice new skills and gain confidence to work in a professional International workplace.

- Develop and commit to Personal Actions on how to become more Assertive, Accountable and Professional in current role.

Workshop Methodology
The training program is designed to be highly interactive, with many opportunities for contributions and involvement from participants.
