Terms and Conditions for the Money Back Guarantee

The following terms and conditions qualify the offer of CONCHIUS to refund 100% of the stipulated course fee, for any of CONCHIUS' Core Programs, in the event the course evaluation feedback from participants do not meet set standards and the step-by-step process for preparing the training has been done accordingly. Requirements and eligibility for the money back guarantee include the following:

1. The Guarantee is open to all customers of CONCHIUS.
2. The Guarantee is valid for CONCHIUS - Cross Cultural Communication and Management Excellence in China, 2-days programs only.
3. You must book the in-house program at least three weeks in advance. You must remain current on all payment obligations throughout the term of delivery and according to written agreements.
4. You must follow CONCHIUS' step-by-step process for preparation of the program including each of the following minimum steps within the timeframe described:
   
   
   • Before the training:
     • Do a needs analysis with CONCHIUS business coach
     • Book and prepare a venue to conduct the training in according to the documents "Check-list CCC venues.pdf" or "Check-list M.E. venues.pdf".
     • Make sure all participants finish the online assessment questionnaire at least 3 days before the training date (if assessments are to be used).
     • Inform all participants on starting time and venue location in time.
     • Provide CONCHIUS with correct participant lists, requested company information and keep trainers informed on any changes relevant to the training.
   • During the training:
     • Make sure participants are focused and participates actively in the whole program without disruptions
     • Provide participants' email addresses for follow-up material and further reading related to the training
       
       
To assist you in following this step-by-step process, Conchius will appoint a key account owner that will make sure you will get all information you need and answer any questions that you may have.


5. To be eligible for the refund, you must claim your refund within 3 weeks of the training finishing date by requesting a refund of the course fee in writing.
6. If the program delivered did not reach set course evaluation scores, CONCHIUS will repay the course fee within 3 weeks. Only the stipulated course fee previously paid by you to CONCHIUS is eligible for refund under this guarantee. All other costs paid related to arrange the training are not refundable.
